Fun Flying Fact Friday: Emergency Briefings

Fun flying fact friday emergency briefings

You know when you get on an airliner and the flight attendant goes over the emergency procedures, the part most people tune out? Well, in a smaller plane, we do the same thing. One difference? The pilot gives the briefing.

Mine usually goes something like this:

“In case of an engine failure, we’ll be looking for a safe place to land. If that happens, I will be advising you to unlock your door, just in case there’s any bent metal on landing, we’ll still be able to open it.

In the event of an engine fire, I’ll push the nose down and go through the fuel and engine shutdown checklist. If it’s a cabin fire, there’s a fire extinguisher here.

Seatbelts stay on at all times, we keep a sterile cockpit, and if you start feeling queasy, vents are here… and the airsick bag is here. Any questions?”

Knowing all that ... does it make you feel more or less safe?

Most websites don’t just lose visitors because something is broken. They lose them because nothing ever looks different. A stale site quietly teaches people not to check it again.

Our partners don’t just hire us, they trust us. They’ve seen how disciplined execution, clear communication, and reliable results create meaningful impact.
